Reconstruction of the existing facilities, campgrounds, fee stations, underground utilities, mass excavation, concrete sitework, asphalt paving, installation of cabins, and removal and installation of sanitary sewer system. Installation of 29 new RV campgrounds with power and water, 23 pavilions, 11 shade sail structures, 3 large cabins with full amenities, and 2 comfort stations with a snack shack. Upgrade to the expansion of the sanitary sewer system, installation of an 800’ deep water well, and a new 50,000-gallon water storage tank.
